$10 = 25%

A little bit can make a big difference, everything adds up or as Ben Franklin taught us, “A penny saved is a penny earned.” The principle is clear and applies in many areas of life.

We have a team of financial supporters who enable me to work for the National Network of Youth Ministries. We are continuing to discover God’s provision as people contribute to this ministry. We are around 33% of our total budget. I’m continuing to use traditional methods of raising awareness, prayer and financial support but I decided to use a different approach that would be achievable for most people.

Almost everyone is able to join a very special group of financial supporters who will cumulatively provide 25% of our total ministry needs. That’s right, not 5%, not 10%, not even 20% but 25% of our total financial needs!!!! (I HAVE GOT to stop paying attention to those late night infomercials.)

Our goal is to find 150 people who are willing to support us by contributing only $10 a month. When that happens, this group will provide 25% of our total ministry needs.

Most people can spare or scrounge up $10 a month. For about $10 you can own four rubber band balls, eat two Subway sandwiches, drink 2?half double decaffeinated half-cafs, with a twist of lemon or buy a rubber chicken and a bacon air freshener. A better alternative would be to help youth workers and churches across Texas and New Mexico form stronger and healthier youth ministries by supporting this ministry.

Everyone can do something and I hope you choose to make a big difference by contributing a small amount every month.

Email me or leave a comment and tell me you’re ready and I’ll send you the forms to make it easy.

I’ll update this page and keep a running total of the results.

Giving $10 a month??????????????????????????????????????????????????? 10 (Updated 12.12.9)

Considering $10 a month????????????????????????????????????????2

Still needed to give $10 a month?????????????????????140

Youth Worker Bonus!

If you are a youth worker and you join this group, I’m working on some very cool resources that different ministries or companies will provide as a thank you for supporting this ministry. Give me time but trust me, what’s already been promised or talked about will be very good.
